Product warranty enquiries are assessed using the purchase details, product condition and applicable terms. We will explain what information is needed and the assessment process. A warranty decision is not made automatically by this website.
Returns or changes
Please contact us before returning any product. We will confirm the appropriate return process, eligibility and any relevant costs with you. Do not send products to an unconfirmed address.
